Bought a unlocked BT Voyager , and got a CD with it but it is for BT broadband and i cant use it because of that, so my laptop cant find the router if you know what i mean, a friend told me to use the I have my adsl going from my modem to the phone socket via a filter , and have to use the USB socket. She then ran some further tests on the line and found that there is indeed a problem between the exchange and my home and my case would be escalated to highest prioroty. I doubt it as well

ISP says the dropouts are "user disconnects", but I definitely have the router set for 'always on'. I was premature with my elation.
